A short stretch of Legion Way will be a little bit more difficult to navigate this week because of a stormwater project.
Motorists can expect traffic delays through Friday, April 17, on Legion Way between Washington Street and Franklin Street.
"The work will occur from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., which will impact the eastbound lane on Legion Way," said the City of Olympia in a construction and traffic alert.
"This delay is happening for a new stormwater pipe connection associated with the new Old Capitol Building Reroof project."
Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes or add extra travel time when driving through the area.
