Two people arrested for alleged drug dealing, $14,000 in cash seized

Two alleged drug dealers were arrested after a search warrant was executed at a residence in the Yelm area on Tuesday, March 17.
 
The search by Thurston County Narcotics Task Force turned up a laundry list of items related to  narcotics dealing, said Sheriff Derek Sanders in a social media post on Tuesday.
 
Law enforcement authorities seized the following items: Cocaine, pills, seven firearms, magazines, ammunition, plate carriers (bullet proof vests) and $14,000 in cash.
 
Authorities also seized packaging materials, scales and paraphernalia, as well as merchandise, such as shoes, purses, TVs and jewelry
 
The two suspects, who were not identified, were booked into Thurston County Corrections Facility for dealing narcotics while armed.
 
The narcotics task force is a multi-jurisdictional partnership between the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office, Washington State Department of Community Corrections, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Homeland Security Investigations, U.S. Marshals Service, and Thurston County Prosecutor’s Office.

    Seems a public safety policy would REQUIRE those with this kind of Offending to become registered just like *** offenders that Prey upon Those Addicted to these Drugs. Drugs, guns, and Money endanger lives, Tunhiem Knows this. We need a tougher Legislature, and Prosecutor. THANK you TCSO for your part.
