Wastewater was improperly disposed of when floor mats were cleaned outside.
Restaurant inspection reports focus on two types of violations: red and blue.
Red violations are the most serious and are most likely to cause food-borne illness. These must be corrected immediately or within a deadline set by the health officer.
Blue violations relate to cleanliness and facility conditions and are corrected on a set compliance schedule.
A reinspection is required if:
If red points exceed 100 and inspectors find poor managerial control, the establishment may be shut down. Closures can also happen at any time if there is an immediate health hazard, regardless of score. Reopening requires proof that all violations have been corrected.

I’m so pleased to see the restaurant inspection reports. I’ve missed seeing this since giving up my subscription to the Olympian some years ago.
Thanks JOLT

I don't know why JOLT dropped the restaurant inspection reports in the past. Let's keep them from now on. Having had a case of food poisoning from a franchised restaurant, (which I will never go to again), these reports are important and provide a valuable service to the public.

Concur with others. This report is a valuable service and I hope JOLT will continue to display. Don't overreact to numbers unless they are egregious or repeats. I've seen scores of 70 more. For me, 30 is getting concerning. Of course, many deficiencies by themselves can get you sick. I've rarely seen a perfect score.

Yes, Please keep this vital information in the JOLT. Food poisoning is no laughing matter and quite dangerous. Our County inspectors are doing a fine Job keeping the restaurant owners in line and stop taking short cuts to provide safe food to serve the public. I am astounded as some of the high terrible scores.

I'd like to see followup reports that issues were corrected. Some parts of the country put big stickers on their front door with their ratings.

How can we get a system where health ratings are posted on the door like they are in Federal Way? I’ve gotten sick 4 times in Thurston County. It is so hard to navigate the food inspection website. I wish they would integrate food safety into Google maps.
Almost all of the times the food had not been kept cold enough

Left bank pastry and the Burger king in Rochester have all left me with stomach cramps.
Health inspection rating should be required on every restaurant entrance.
