The closure of Fir Street between 7th and 8th avenues SE has been extended through Friday, Feb. 21, to allow for continued updates to wireless facilities on top of the Southeast Olympia Water Tower.
Access to nearby residences will remain unaffected, but traffic will be detoured around the closure.
Commuters are encouraged to plan ahead and use alternate routes during this period.
