This class is designed to help you become stronger, more flexible and to improve your fitness level. The movements and techniques taught in this class will focus on specific exercises and moves to improve your upper and lower body strength, posture and flexibility. This class is safe for those with osteopenia, arthritis and most fitness levels.
Equipment needed: Folding chair or dining room chair, yoga mat or a large towel, small hand weights or use (2) cans from the kitchen pantry.
