Friday, Aug. 21 

Olympia Police Department

John Joseph Piper, 53, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Decatur Street Southwest. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued out of Olympia.

Jermaine Tyrone Garrison, 37, was arrested at 4:41 p.m. in the intersection of 5th Avenue Southwest and Deschutes Parkway Southwest. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Olympia.

Daniel Richard Randal, 56, was arrested at 6:51 p.m. in the intersection of Franklin Street Northeast and Olympia Avenue Northeast. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Olympia.

Phillip M. Parrish, 61, was arrested at 11:11 p.m. in the intersection of 5th Avenue Southeast and Capitol Way South. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Olympia.

Lacey Police Department

Kelly Duane Smith, 57, was arrested at 11:12 a.m. in the 4000 block of Ruddell Road Southeast. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Lacey.

Deagio Ricardo Hernandez, 21, was arrested at 3:44 p.m. in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road Southeast. He was charged with shoplifting.

Belinda Star Wright, 33, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. in the 5300 block of Corporate Loop Southeast. She was charged with possessing stolen property and reckless driving.  

Tumwater Police Department

Michael Patrick Krause, 19, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. in the block of Allen Orchard Lane Southeast. He was charged with assault.

Yelm Police Department

Walter L. Mabry, 26, was arrested at 3:08 a.m. in the 16700 block of Greenleaf Avenue Southeast. He was charged with assault and reckless endangerment.

Charles Duane Anderson, 46, was arrested at 7:58 a.m. in the 400 block of Yelm Avenue East. He was charged with theft.

Jacob Glenn Pate, 24, was arrested at 10:54 a.m. in the 1300 block of Yelm Avenue East. He was charged with a traffic violation and driving on a suspended license.

Matthew S. Byrd, 34, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued out of Yelm. 

Ashley Ann Gidican, 24, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507. She was charged with theft of a firearm.

Saturday, Aug. 22

Olympia Police Department

Rodney Carl Wheeler, 27, was arrested at 12:38 a.m. in the intersection of Wheeler Avenue Southeast and Boulevard Road Southeast. He was charged with driving without a license.

Bruce James Weichmann, 50, was arrested at 1:14 a.m. in the 500 block of Division Street Northwest. He was charged with driving without a license.

Britnie A. Long, 25, was arrested at 1:31 a.m. in the 3500 block of Martin Way East. She was charged with driving without a license.

James H. Mossberg, 51, was arrested at 4:48 a.m. in the intersection of 4th Avenue East and Plum Street Southeast. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Olympia.

Danyale Destiny White, 30, was arrested at 4:48 a.m. in the intersection of 4th Avenue East and Plum Street Southeast. He was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.

Jose F. Arriaga Hernandez, 20, was arrested at 6:03 a.m. in the 3200 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast. He was charged with property damage and causing a hit-and-run accident.

Jacob Thomas Paul, 31, was arrested at 8:12 a.m. in the 1200 block of Deschutes Parkway Southwest. He was charged with driving without a license.

Peniamina Benny Mapu, 46, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. in the 1800 block of Ashwood Downs Lane Southeast. He was charged with residential burglary and violation of a court order.  

Chariesse L. Starr, 36, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. in the 500 block of Division Street Northwest. She had a warrant for her arrest that was issued from outside of Olympia.

Michael Williams, 27, was arrested at 9 p.m. in the 1000 block of 4th Avenue East. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Lacey.

Yelm Police Department

William Hankla Westerfield, 66, was arrested at 11:57 a.m. in the 16600 block of Rainier View Drive Southeast. He was charged with assault.

Tino Emmanuel Anguilar Soto, 22, was arrested at 7:32 p.m. in the 15300 block of State Route 507. He was charged with driving on a suspended license.

Leeann Satterwhite, 39, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. in the 16900 block of State Route 507. She was charged with malicious mischief.

Tenino Police Department

Gabrielle Marie Casey, 28, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. in the 800 block of Old Highway 99 Southeast. She was charged with resisting arrest.

Sunday, Aug. 23

Olympia Police Department

Wyatt Kenneth Lopez, 25, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. in the 3300 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Olympia. 

Lacey Police Department

Mandalay Aumua, 19, was arrested at 2:12 a.m. in the 4200 block of McKinley Street Northeast. He was charged with simple assault and malicious mischief.

Itzel Eunice Sanchez, 21, was arrested at 8:04 a.m. in the 4900 block of 55th Lane Southeast. She was charged with possession, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.   

Tumwater Police Department

Howard Wayne Norton, 55, was arrested at 1:08 p.m. in the 7600 block of Henderson Boulevard Southeast. He was charged with violation of a no contact order. 

Yelm Police Department

Stephanie S. Smithlin, 26, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507. She was charged with trespass.

Jason Christopher Sanders, 37, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. in the 6000 block of Yelm Avenue East. He was charged with shoplifting, malicious mischief and disorderly conduct.

Richard Neal Jolly, 31, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. in the 100 block of Mosman Avenue Southeast. He was charged with shoplifting.

Brandon Michael Kennedy, 36, was arrested at 7:06 p.m. in the 100 block of Mosman Avenue Southeast. He was charged with theft and driving without a license.

Kelli Renee Lenz, 19, was arrested at 5:29 p.m. in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue East. She was charged with shoplifting.

Charles Thomas Scott Buell, 28, was arrested at 6:24 p.m. in the 900 block of Yelm Avenue East. He was charged with shoplifting.

Melissa L. James, 39, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. in the 200 block of 1st Street South. She was charged with causing a hit-and-run accident, negligent driving, driving with a suspended license and an ignition interlock license violation.

Thurston County Sheriff

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of burglary around 7:04 p.m. in the 19500 block of Ivan Street West in Rochester. Other calls of burglaries were reported at 8:05 a.m. in the 3600 block of South Bay Road Northeast in Olympia, at 11:01 a.m. in the 2500 block of Crestline Drive Northwest in Olympia, at 11:31 a.m. in the 14900 block of Mcintosh Lane Southeast in Tenino, at 12:14 p.m. in the 200 block of 156th Lane Southeast in Tenino, at 3:53 p.m. in the 5400 block of 65th Avenue Southeast in Olympia, at 6:54 p.m. in the 600 block of Main Street North in Bucoda and at 11:03 p.m. in the 10300 block of Martin Way East in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a residential fire alarm around 8:06 a.m. in the 8000 block of South Bicentennial Loop Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of auto theft around 8:07 a.m. in the 21100 block of Bucoda Highway Southeast in Centralia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a car accident around 1:23 a.m. in the 300 block of Choker Street Southeast in Olympia. Other car accidents were reported at 9:31 a.m. in the 1700 block of Railway Road Southeast in Yelm, at 4:45 p.m. in the 2600 block of Island Drive Northwest in Olympia and at 8:19 p.m. in the intersection of Martin Way East and Ridgeview Drive Southeast in Olympia. A hit-and-run accident was reported at 2:54 p.m. in the 14100 block of 123rd Avenue Southeast in Yelm.  

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of theft around 12:08 p.m. in the 11400 block of Gardner Court Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of an indoor natural gas leak around 12:50 p.m. in the 7500 block of 14th Loop Northeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a smoke investigation around 1:13 p.m. in the 5900 block of Johnson Point Road Northeast in Olympia. Another smoke investigation was reported at 2:13 p.m. in the intersection of Blomberg Street Southwest and Emerald Lane Southwest in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of trespass around 5:47 p.m. in the 5600 block of Black Lake Boulevard Southwest in Olympia. Another call of trespass occurred at 6:19 p.m. in the 17900 block of Deschutes Drive Southeast in Yelm.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of DUI around 5:58 p.m. in the intersection of the Marvin Pacific Roundabout and Marvin Road Southeast in Olympia. Other calls of DUI were reported at 7:58 p.m. in the intersection of 113th Avenue Southeast and Tilley Road South in Olympia and at 9:49 p.m. in the 900 block of Southbound Off Ramp of Brown Farm Road Northeast in Olympia.
