Lacey Police Department

Seth Nathanial Bray, 27, was arrested around 8:46 p.m. in the 4600 block of Yelm Highway South. He was charged with driving under the influence.

Olympia Police Department

Hugo Cruz Silva, 30, was arrested around 8:04 a.m. in the 1600 block of Fones Road Southeast. He was charged with burglary, possession of a controlled substance, violation of a no contact order and violation of a protection order.

**Ashley Dawn Slawson, 29, was arrested 11:15 p.m. in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast. She was charged with failure to appear in court.

Cecelia Marie Felix, 57, was arrested around 10:42 p.m. in the 400 block of 17th Avenue Southeast. She was charged with driving under the influence.

Tumwater Police Department

Tifani S. Peters-Thomas, 44, was arrested around 2:14 p.m. in the 5500 block of Littlerock Road Southwest. She was charged with indecent exposure and reckless driving.

Cody Michael Wilson, 34, was arrested around 3:45 p.m. in the 6300 block of Elm Street Southeast. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Tumwater.

Yelm Police Department

Michael William Nowels, 45, was arrested around 10:18 a.m. in the 8700 block of Burnett Road Southeast. He was charged with driving without a license.

Nomaneta F. Tauave, 33, was arrested around 1:24 p.m. in the 14900 block of State Road 507. She was charged with the possession of stolen property, obstructing a law enforcement officer and driving with a suspended license.

 Alianna Teal Hazlett-Olszewski, 32, was arrested around 4:10 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Road 507. She was charged with shoplifting, criminal impersonation and trespass.

Wayne William Wolf, 55, was arrested around 4:14 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Road 507. He was charged with shoplifting.

Deagio Ricardo Hernandez, 21, was arrested around 7:56 p.m. in the 9100 block of Wilkensen Road Southeast. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Yelm.

Joseph Anthony Falsetta, 53, was arrested around 9:56 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Road 507. He was charged with driving without a license.

Lacey Police Department

Antonio Ramon Leasure, 31, was arrested around 12:38 a.m. in the 5500 block of College Street Southeast. He was charged with driving without a license.

Fred Junior Binschus, 38, was arrested around 12:56 a.m. in the 1200 block of Marvin Road Northeast. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Lacey. 

Austin Garrett Woody, 24, was arrested around 9:32 p.m. in the 3700 block of Stikes Drive Southeast. He was charged with simple assault.

Catherine C. Sablan, 50, was arrested around 10:19 p.m. in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive Northeast. She was charged with shoplifting.

Olympia Police Department

A man listed as John Doe, 25, was arrested around 12:27 p.m. in the 200 block of Columbia Street Northwest. He was charged with simple assault.

Mark Dennis McLean, 32, was arrested around 4:52 p.m. in the 2800 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Olympia.

Kenneth Michael Stenek, 35, was arrested around 7:46 p.m. in the 100 block of 4th Avenue West. He was charged with disorderly conduct. On the Police2Citizen database, the additional charge of failure to comply was listed for 8:09 p.m., and failure to appear in court was listed at 8:06 p.m.

Richard Nathan Kluth, 34, was arrested around 10:09 p.m. in the 1400 block of Glass Avenue Northeast. He was charged with hit-and-run unattended.

Collin M. Carden, 28, was arrested around 11:53 p.m. in the 2200 block of Garfield Avenue Northwest. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Olympia.

Justus R. D. Crofton, 26, was arrested around 11:10 p.m. in the 2200 block of Garfield Avenue Northwest. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Olympia.

Yelm Police Department

Joseph Clinton Lenz, 40, was arrested around 2:37 a.m. in the 400 block of Yelm Avenue East. He was charged with driving without a license.

Brandon Kenneth Sytsma, 30, was arrested around 5:48 a.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue Southeast. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued out of Yelm.

Robert Lyle Guthrie, 49, was arrested around 6:11 p.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue Southeast. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued out of Yelm.

Justin Brian Davis, 33, was arrested around 6:47 p.m. in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue West. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued out of Yelm.

Jorge A. Marquez, 31, was arrested around 11:53 p.m. in the 500 block of Coates Road Northwest. He was charged with driving without a license and reckless driving.

Amy L. Milhans, 36, was arrested around 2:16 a.m. in the 1000 block of Plum Street Southeast. She was charged with driving without a license.

Marquita Rena Oneal, 53, was arrested around 2:43 a.m. in the 2100 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest. She was charged with driving without a license.

Zachary Charles Ashbaugh, 53, was arrested around 5:52 a.m. in the 2200 block of Garfield Avenue Northwest. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Olympia.

Brianna L. Crivello, 28, was arrested around 5:52 a.m. in the 200 block of Garfield Avenue Northwest. She had a warrant for her arrest that was issued from outside of Olympia.

Raistlin D. D. L. Watkins, 29, was arrested around 3:27 p.m. in the intersection of 5th Avenue Southeast and Washington Street. He was charged with failure to comply.

Dominique Deshun Boswell, 30, was arrested around 3:40 p.m. in the 400 block of Sherman Street Southwest. She had a warrant for her arrest that was issued from outside of Olympia.

Jason Paul Parmele, 41, was arrested around 4:21 p.m. in the 3500 block of Martin Way East. He was charged with failure to appear in court and harassment.

Amanda Jane Bueno, 27, was arrested around 6:45 p.m. in the 4100 block of Martin Way East. She was charged with robbery.

Garrett C. Mauro, 31, was arrested around 6:58 p.m. in the intersection of Eastside Street Southeast and Wheeler Avenue Southeast. He was charged with violation of a no contact order.

Ehren Seth Boatman, 28, was arrested around 11:20 p.m. in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast. He was charged with failure to comply.

Thurston County Sheriff

Sheriff’s deputies were called to assist with a fire around 12:25 a.m. in the 1300 block of Hyak Court Northeast in Olympia. Deputies assisted with other fires in the area around 5:04 p.m. in the intersection of Vail Loop Road Southeast and Vail Cutoff Road Southeast in Rainier, around 1:22 p.m. in the 8800 block of Thuja Avenue Southeast in Yelm, and around 2:30 p.m. in the 8100 block of Rich Road Southeast in Olympia. 

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a burglary around 1:11 a.m. in the 12400 block of Waddell Creek Road Southwest in Olympia. Other burglaries were reported around 1:32 p.m. in the same block, around 7:09 a.m. in the 7800 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast in Olympia, around 10:16 a.m. in the 4500 block of 65th Avenue Northeast in Olympia, around 10:40 a.m. in the 2900 block of Madrona Beach Road Northwest in Olympia, around 10:50 a.m. in the 21300 block of Bucoda Highway Southeast in Centralia, and around 7:41 p.m. in the 8200 block of 180th Way Southwest in Rochester.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a prowler around 4:03 a.m. in the 400 block of Ronlee Lane Northwest in Olympia. A vehicle prowl was reported around 1:40 p.m. in the 600 block of Carpenter Road Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a residential structure fire around 4:26 a.m. in the intersection of Vail Loop Road Southeast and Vail Cutoff Road Southeast in Rainier.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of malicious mischief around 9:13 a.m. in the 6500 block of Rehklau Road Southeast in Olympia. Other calls of malicious mischief occurred around 1:12 p.m. in the 4900 block of Black Sunset Drive Northwest in Olympia, and around 11:21 p.m. in the 8400 block of Armstrong Street Southwest in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a residential fire alarm around 1:34 p.m. in the 3900 block of 89th Avenue Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a smoke investigation around 6:26 p.m. in the intersection of Lancelot Drive Southwest and 59th Avenue Southwest in Olympia. Another smoke investigation occurred around 6:49 p.m. in the intersection of State Road 507 and Johnson Creek Road Southeast in Tenino.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of trespass around 7:03 p.m. in the 6300 block of Gull Harbor Drive Northeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of arson around 9:21 p.m. in the intersection of Chehalis Western Trail South.
