2022 Holiday Makers Market by Lacey MakerSpace, December 16, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The community is invited to shop for handmade gifts crafted by over 20 indie artists, artisans, and makers at the 1st Annual Holiday Makers Market. The Lacey MakerSpace, Washington Center for Women in Business (WCWB), Saint Martin’s University, and TheWMarketplace partnered to create this event. Shoppers will find a wide range of goods, from woodworking, artisan foods, weaving, and other fiber arts to ceramics, glass, jewelry, home decor, bath and body products, art prints, paintings, cards, and much more. Holiday Magic by Washington State Fair, December 16, 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Karaoke Oly, December 16, 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

26th Annual Model Train Festival, December 16 to January 1
Take your family and friends on a magical journey through the marvelously detailed world of model railroads at the Washington State History Museum! The Model Train Festival brings railroad clubs from around Puget Sound to share their incredible, room-sized layouts in the History Museum! Take a break from the live layouts to relax and enjoy trains on the big screen in our auditorium. Step into the seasonal backdrop for free selfies. Bazaar of Lights, December 17, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Come and join the Olympia Lamplighters for some great Holiday shopping this 2022 season!! They are hosting a Maker's Market at their space on Saturday, December 3rd, and Saturday, December 17th from 11 am until 6 pm! Turn of the Tides Holiday Bazaar, December 17, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Estuarium is hosting its seasonal Turn of the Tides winter festival! Join them on December 17th, from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM for a day of Puget Sound-inspired winter solstice celebration. This free event will be complete with arts & crafts, warm drinks, local artist vendors, and tabling by educational and environmentally focused community partners. Bundle up the whole family and come learn about amazing estuary creatures too as admission to the Estuarium will be free all day! The Midwinter Revels, December 17, from 2 p.m.
This year the celebration is set in Mexico in the 1890s. You'll be immersed in the sights, the lively sounds, and the vibrant colors of Mexico. Santa at America's Car Museum, December 17 to 18
Santa returns to America's Car Museum this holiday season, Saturday, December 10 & Sunday, December 11, and again on Saturday, December 17 & Sunday, December 18! Photos with Santa are FREE with museum admission, however, donations to the Museum are encouraged. SOGO Messiah Sing-Along, December 19
Messiah Sing-Along, Monday, December 19, 2022, 7 p.m., at the Washington Center, 512 Washington St SE, Olympia. Come to sing or come to listen to Handel’s glorious masterpiece!
