A 28-year-old woman was charged with felony harassment by the Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney's Office after allegedly harassing and making threats against a Community Action Council employee in Lacey.
The incident happened on July 1 around 1:14 p.m. when Lacey Police Department officers responded to the Community Action Council office after receiving reports that a woman was throwing rocks through office windows and at nearby vehicles.
Employees said the suspect became agitated during an appointment and began damaging property before fleeing the scene.
Responding officers later identified the suspect as Aria Rachelle Coumbs-Vonbargen of Olympia through surveillance footage and employee statements.
Employees said during the appointment, the woman became upset when informed she could not receive services without completing required paperwork.
One employee stated the woman responded by allegedly threatening to kill her, her family and her pets. The victim told authorities this wasn't the first time the suspect threatened her, but the latest incident was more frightening than previous incidents.
“She (victim) felt threatened for her life and scared to come and leave work, with the possibility that Aria might be waiting in the parking lot for her,” the responding officer stated in a report.
Officers located the suspect later that afternoon after she called dispatch complaining about Intercity Transit. Authorities met with her and asked her about the incident. She denied harassing or threatening the Community Action Council employee.
Based on statements from witnesses, closed circuit footage and physical evidence, authorities found probable cause to arrest the suspect and book her into Thurston County Corrections Facility.

Protesting is fine. Just don't cross the line with physical and or property damage.
