It's about time! It should have been embarrassing how inaccessible the curb ramps were after SEVERAL people in powerchairs have fallen on them, injuring themselves. At least they MIGHT have the plans in place soon enough to avoid a major ADA lawsuit that SHOULD have been filed years ago!
