And, as is always the case, a stolen and crashed vehicle is usually totaled out. Victims of car thieves have to buy another vehicle. No one helps them, but I'm sure the thief will get an opportunity to be 'rehabilitated', counseled, all sorts of nonsense. She like all thieves will be treated as if they're "misunderstood". Nuts to that noise. THey're thieves. Put her in jail for a year and a day.
