Captain Cook Rediscovered: Voyaging to the Icy Latitudes  is a new book that aims to enlighten the audience with the famous adventurer's legacy of exploration in the Pacific Ocean, including his discovery of the Hawaiian islands. 

Join the author, David Nicandri, tomorrow (Sept. 8, 2021) at 6:30 p.m. on Zoom as he presents a new side to the famous navigator. This event, hosted by Lacey Museum and Cultural Center, is a part of their “History Talks!” lineup that allows locals to remain in touch with their roots.
