Olympia Police Department

At 1:35 a.m. Tuesday in the 2300 block of Fourth Avenue East, police arrested Curtis M. Sword, 42, on suspicion of theft, criminal trespass and obstructing a police officer.

At 10:45 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Plum Street Southeast, police arrested Jeremiah L. Roberts, 32, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

At 2 p.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast, police arrested Jacob S. Deaton, 40, on suspicion of a probation violation.

At 11:21 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of Carpenter Road Southeast, police arrested Joshua J. Smith, 46, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

Lacey Police Department

At 5:50 a.m. Tuesday in the 1800 block of Ruddell Road Southeast, police arrested Michael D. Taylor, 46, on a Lacey warrant.

At 2:55 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road Southeast, police arrested David P. Gilligan, 49, on suspicion of second-degree trespassing.

At 10:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 5500 block of Martin Way East, police arrested Jacob J. Forsyth, 25,  on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

Tumwater Police Department

At 1:06 p.m. Tuesday in the 5200 block of Capitol Boulevard South, police arrested Genevieve D. May, 26, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

At 4:09 p.m. Tuesday in the 2400 block of 93rd Avenue Southwest, police arrested Johnny R. Lopez, 34, on suspicion of hit and run.

Yelm Police Department

At 11:12 p.m. Tuesday in the 10500 block of Creek Street Southeast, police arrested Kayla L. Podbielan, 26, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
