Olympia Police Department

At 9:40 a.m. Wednesday in the 1900 block of Fourth Avenue East, police arrested Jesse O. Martin, 41, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault and three counts of failure to appear in court.

At 12:35 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of Franklin Street Southwest, police arrested Peter J. Davis, 45, on suspicion of harassment, property damage, criminal trespass and obstructing an officer.

At 2 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast, police arrested Lindsey J. Nordeen-Walter, 36, on suspicion of failure to comply.

Lacey Police Department

At 9:44 p.m. Wednesday in the 4400 block off Pacific Avenue Southeast, police arrested Briana L. Allison, 31, on suspicion of driving without a valid license.

At 9:57 p.m. Wednesday in the 3900 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast, police arrested Paul Szyszkowski, 29, on suspicion of theft.

At 11 p.m. Wednesday in the 4600 block of Ruddell Road Southeast, police arrested Uriel Espinosa, 24, on suspicion of failure to transfer a vehicle title within 45 days.

Tumwater Police Department

At 6:03 p.m. Wednesday in the 6500 block of Linderson Way Southwest, police arrested Dustin L. Johnson, 35, on suspicion of possession of a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
