At 12:55 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Central Street Northeast, police arrested Denny H. Cooper, 56, on suspicion of driving on a suspended license.

At 1:17 a.m. Sunday at Water Street and Fourth Avenue, police arrested Desiree A. Elliott, 23, on suspicion of third-degree assault.

At 2:53 a.m. Sunday in the 2100 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest, police arrested James C. McIntyre, 51, on suspicion of driving on a suspended license.

At 3:34 a.m. Sunday in the 2200 block of Cooper Point Auto Mall Drive Southwest, police arrested Ashlyn D. Skeen, 22, on suspicion of failure to transfer title within 45 days.

At 4 a.m. Sunday in the 2000 block of Marvin Road Southeast, police arrested Gary W. Woodcock, 33, on suspicion of third-degree driving on a suspended license.

At 5:26 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast, police arrested Amie Jo Karlson, 38, on suspicion of failure to appear in court. 

At 6:37 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Blake Lake Boulevard Southwest, police arrested Alicia M. Smith, 43, on suspicion of driving on a suspended license.

At 3:32 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Lee Street Southwest, police arrested Angela Y. Smith, 33, on suspicion of third-degree theft.

At 8:14 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of Puget Street Northeast, police arrested Anthony L. Threet, 48, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription; possession, manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance; use of drug paraphernalia; and driving on a suspended license.

At 10:30 p.m. Sunday in the 2600 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest, police arrested Shaena M. Garberich, 35, on suspicion of driving on a suspended license.

At 10:42 p.m. Sunday in the 3600 block of Fifth Avenue Southwest, police arrested Michael J. Langer, 32, on suspicion of driving on a suspended license.

At 10:53 p.m. Sunday in the 3200 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest, police arrested Ruben L. Ziegler on suspicion of criminal trespass.
