Lacey Police Department

Arthur Earl Shaw, 60, was arrested around 1:48 a.m. in the 2400 block of Marvin Road Northeast. He was charged with shoplifting and had a warrant issued for his arrest from outside of Lacey.

Olympia Police Department

Nathan L. Bourgault, 36, was arrested around 2:27 a.m. in the intersection of 4th Avenue East and Plum Street Southeast. He was charged with driving without a license.

Samoeun Chheng, 36, was arrested around 8:25 a.m. in the 1200 block of Marion Street Northeast. He was charged with unlawful imprisonment and assault.

Maualuga Lucky Matautia, 26, was arrested around 10:15 a.m. in the 1900 block of 4th Avenue East. He was charged with theft and criminal trespass.

Charles Anthony Engle, 36, was arrested around 10:33 a.m. July 28 in the 300 block of Franklin Street Northeast. He was charged with property damage. At around 10:53 a.m., failure to appear in court was added to the Police2Citizen entry.

Mario McCurley, 37, was arrested around 4:25 p.m. in the 400 block of Keyon Street Northwest. He was charged with residential burglary and violation of a protection order.

Janet Nolazso Iturburo, 30, was arrested around 5:30 p.m. in the 800 block of Burr Road Southeast. She was charged with domestic violence and interference with an emergency call.

Aaron Martin Meyers, 44, was arrested around 8:49 p.m. in the 1200 block of Fones Road Southeast. He was charged with robbery.

Yelm Police Department

Robert Ja Nausley, 40, was arrested around 2:16 a.m. in the 14700 block of Yelm Highway Southeast. He was charged with driving without a license.

Joseph A. Cornwall, 24, was arrested around 3:31 a.m. in the 1200 block of Yelm Avenue West. He was charged with driving without a license.

Sarah A. Richards, 31, was arrested around 10:48 p.m. in the 1200 block of Yelm Avenue East. She was charged with driving without a license.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a commercial fire alarm around 2:51 a.m. in the 2400 block of Hogum Bay Road Northeast in Olympia. A second commercial fire alarm was reported around 5:06 a.m. in the same block.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a burglary alarm around 3:42 a.m. in the 7800 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast in Lacey. Other calls of burglary alarms yesterday occurred around 6:05 a.m. in the 11500 block of Littlerock Road Southwest in Olympia, around 9:26 a.m. in the 12700 block of Waddell Creek Road Southwest in Olympia, around 12:10 p.m. in the 11000 block of Tempo Lake Drive Southeast in Olympia, around 1:22 p.m. in the 12700 block of Waddell Creek Road Southwest in Olympia, around 1:27 p.m. in the same block, around 4:01 p.m. in the 10200 block of Tilley Road South in Olympia, and around 4:53 p.m. in the 8800 block of Quinault Loop Northeast in Olympia.
