Tenino’s 150th Jubillee, Saturday, July 8
The City of Tenino will celebrate its sesquicentennial on Saturday, July 8, with a Jubilee from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Planned activities include the Opening and Flag Ceremony including the Rainier Brass Quintet America’s First Corps Band from JBLM, Old Time Carnival Games, Kids Zone with Bounce Houses, Silly Procession & General Hullabaloo Walking Parade, Musical Entertainment, Birthday Cake, Dignitary speeches, Pony Rides, Field Games, Magician Jeff Evans, Talent Show, and Food booths. The Jubilee is free to attend and will take place at Tenino City Park. Visitors are encouraged to check out the new playground and pump tracks while attending the Jubilee. Tenino Arts Creative Market, Saturday, July 8, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
The Tenino Arts Creative Market is nestled in the Creative District of historic Tenino and comes to life on the 2nd Saturday, June through September. This fine art, fine craft street fair gathers artisans skilled in wood, glass, metal, leather, paint, and a sundry of other unique and original creations. Fire Rescue Spectacular, Saturday, July 8, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Give in to the ultimate firefighter and first-responder experience for kids! Kids can explore a fleet of emergency vehicles at the free street fair, meet first responders, take the Junior Fighter Challenge, enjoy free ice cream, and much more! Click this link for more details.

Armory Arts Intervention: Thurston County Museum of Fine Arts, July 8-15, 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.
The Thurston County Museum of Fine Arts (TCMoFA) will host a pop-up art museum at the Olympia Armory July 8-15, with a Gala on Friday, July 14 (7-10 p.m.). Activities will take place in the armory outbuilding. The event is free, open to the public of all ages, and ADA accessible. Street and metered parking is available, and overflow parking at Madison Elementary across the street after 5 p.m. Click this link for more details.

44th Annual Kick in the Grass, July 14-16
Join Tumwater for its 44th Annual Kick in the Grass Tournament -- Washington's Longest-running Youth Soccer Tournament! The Tumwater Soccer Club hosts the Kick in the Grass (KITG) Soccer Tournament. It is the goal of the Tumwater Soccer Club for the KITG to provide an enjoyable, first-class soccer experience to all its participants - players, parents, coaches, and referees.
