Downtown parking lot and street closures
- On Friday, September 22, from 5 to 7 a.m., the city-owned parking lot at the corner of State Avenue and Washington Street will be temporarily closed for cleaning and maintenance to ensure the area is in top-notch condition for Lula Fest.
- On Saturday, September 23, from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., a portion of Washington Street, specifically between State Avenue and 4th Avenue, will be temporarily closed to make way for Lula Fest. The city-owned parking lot at this location will also be closed during the festival.
