There are a number of events taking place this weekend in Thurston County, including SolarPunk Super Saturday in Olympia.

SolarPunk Super Saturday (OLYMPIA)
Saturday, May 23, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Solarpunk is a movement including stories, art and real-world projects. Join a fun and informative day of workshops, food, educational displays and music. 

Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander Heritage Month (OLYMPIA)
Saturday, May 23, 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
The event will feature vendors, performances, and activities that highlight Asian, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander American communities, cultures, traditions and experiences.

America 250 at the historic Schmidt House (OLYMPIA)
Saturday, May 14-30, 12-6 p.m.
Celebrate America250 at Tumwater's historic Schmidt House! On display will be "The Moments that Made Us" from the Washington State Historical Society, courtesy of the Daughters of the American Colonists and Olympia Tumwater Foundation.

Refresh, Reuse, Reboot: A Community Upcycling Workshop with Mike Kelly (LACEY)
Saturday, May 23, 2-4 p.m.
Join the Kitten Shower hosted by Oly Camp Kitties. There will be a photo booth, snacks, drinks and kittens.

Memorial Day Special at Hands On (OLYMPIA)

Hands On Children’s Museum is saying “Thank you for your service” with 50 percent off admission for military families (with a valid military ID), May 22–25. 

Tarot & Trinkets Pop-Up (OLYMPIA)
Saturday, May 23, 10 a.m.- 8 p.m.
A witchy marketplace for the curious, the mystical, and the just a little bit intrigued. Tarot & Trinkets is a curated indoor pop-up hosted inside Capital Mall, located in the Atrium between Macy’s and Cinemark Theatres.
