There are a number of events taking place this weekend in Thurston County, including "Art 'N The Alley" in Olympia. 

Pounce into Summer (OLYMPIA)
Saturday, June 27, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Please join "Pounce into Summer!" There will be creative crafts and garden art from local vendors. This event benefits Feline Friends, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that has been serving Thurston and Mason counties for 25 years.

Parrot Ambassadors (OLYMPIA)
Saturday, June 27, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Feel the power and impact parrots have on our planet, as they soar overhead, kiss you with their beaks, roller skate, talk, recycle and more.

Art ‘N The Alley 2026 (OLYMPIA)

Olympia artist Taylor Clinton (Mixed Media) is hosting Art ’N The Alley 2026, the eclectic West Olympia pop-up art show, which was dreamt up during the pandemic lockdown.

Schirm Loop Homestead Lavender Farm 2026 Opening (OLYMPIA)
Saturday, June 26-27, 11 a.m.- 4 p.m.
Enjoy beautiful views of the South Salish Sea and Mount Tahoma, while strolling through blooming lavender fields. Visitors can pick their own lavender, browse the gift shop featuring lavender products, and shop from local artists and makers.

Tenino Family Fun Day and America 250 Celebration (TENINO)
